Hey Heather! I wanted to thank you for your advice about the Vitamin D the other day.. I've heard that from a couple other people, and I'm now taking a supplement that includes some Vitamin D. Interestingly, my migraines have decreased VERY substantially, so I'm wondering if a deficiency was causing them.
